Q: Once I select my home and land, how long do I have to wait to move in?
A: As a rule we tell our clients 2 - 3 weeks depending on site preparation, permitting and current workload.
Q: Do you finance?
A: There are some cases were we might consider financing, such as on our land and home packages but generally no. However we do have a large network of lenders that we work with and we're confident we can assist you in getting the financing that meets your needs.
Q: I already have a piece of land. Can you put you home on my land?
A: Yes, pending a brief site inspection.
Q: Do you accept trade-ins?
